Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want everything to be simple, clear, and fair — so here’s how refunds and cancellations work.


Monthly Services

WordPress Site Care PLUS provides monthly maintenance and support services. These services involve time, labor, and scheduled work.

Because of this:

Completed service periods are non-refundable.

• Once monthly maintenance work has been performed, that service month is considered complete.


Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing (email is fine).

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No future charges will be made after cancellation.


Refunds

Refunds are generally not issued for completed work.

However, we believe in being fair — if there’s ever a situation that feels unclear or unusual, we’re happy to talk it through.

Any refund decisions outside of standard policy are made at our discretion.


Failed Payments

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, services may be paused until payment is resolved.
