Provide accurate and current access credentials (admin interface, hosting, FTP, etc.).
Maintain active hosting and domain services.

Confirm or schedule any maintenance window as needed.
Failure to provide required access or communications may delay Services.

• You will receive an invoice after Services are performed.
• Payments are due upon receipt unless alternate terms are agreed in writing.
For Phase 2 (automatic billing, once implemented):

• You fail to pay invoices in a timely manner
• You provide incorrect or fraudulent information
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Services already completed are non-refundable.

We expressly disclaim all warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of accuracy, reliability, uptime, security, or compatibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect when posted on this site.

A healthy website should be available when people need it and feel responsive when they use it. Ongoing monitoring helps catch problems early, often before visitors ever notice.
Your site is regularly checked for availability to confirm it is online and responding properly. If a site becomes unreachable or behaves unexpectedly, it can be investigated quickly rather than discovered hours or days later by a customer.
Because monitoring happens continuously, issues are often noticed before your customers do. This helps reduce disruptions and avoid situations where problems are discovered through missed inquiries or frustrated visitors.
Basic performance indicators are reviewed over time to identify trends. This makes it easier to spot gradual slowdowns, resource issues, or hosting-related problems that may develop quietly.
When performance concerns are identified, clear recommendations are provided without pressure or upselling. The focus is on keeping your site stable, responsive, and reliable in a way that makes sense for your business.
The goal is not to chase perfect numbers, but to keep your site running smoothly and predictably. A fast, stable site builds trust with visitors and helps ensure your website supports your business rather than becoming a distraction.
Security issues often happen quietly, without obvious warning signs. Regular scans help catch problems early, before they turn into serious disruptions.
Your site is protected using a suite of security tools, including Wordfence, one of the most widely used and trusted security tools in the WordPress ecosystem. It continuously scans for common threats such as malicious activity, file changes, outdated components, and known vulnerabilities.
In addition to scanning, a built-in web application firewall helps block suspicious traffic before it ever reaches your site. This adds an extra layer of protection against common attacks, automated bots, and unauthorized access attempts.
Security monitoring runs around the clock. Alerts are sent directly to us if something unusual is detected, allowing issues to be reviewed and addressed quickly, often before they affect your site or visitors.
When needed, recommended fixes are applied to strengthen your site’s security and reduce future risk. This may include cleaning up files, adjusting settings, or applying security updates.
Security is treated as ongoing maintenance, not a one-time setup. The goal is simple: keep your site protected, stable, and running normally, without adding stress or technical noise to your day.
Regular backups are your safety net. They ensure your site can be restored quickly if something goes wrong.
Your site is backed up on a scheduled basis so that a recent, working copy is always available if needed. This protects you from accidental changes, failed updates, data loss, or unexpected technical issues.
If a problem occurs, backups allow your site to be rolled back to a stable state, minimizing downtime and avoiding costly rebuilds. Instead of starting over, we can restore your site to a known-good version.
Backups are monitored as part of ongoing maintenance to ensure they are completing successfully and remain usable when needed.
The goal is peace of mind: knowing that your site can be recovered quickly and safely if the unexpected happens.
An affordable extra layer of protection from offsite backup options (Amazon S3, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) are available by request.
Keeping WordPress up to date is essential for security, stability, and performance; but updates done carelessly can cause problems. That’s where we come in.
We regularly update:
WordPress core
Your active theme
Installed plugins
Updates are performed on a consistent schedule to keep your site current without unnecessary disruption.
Updates are never applied blindly. Each update cycle includes:
Reviewing available updates and known issues
Applying updates in a controlled order
Checking the site afterward to ensure everything is functioning properly
If something looks off, we address it before it becomes a bigger problem.
Outdated software is one of the most common causes of:
Security vulnerabilities
Site errors or white screens
Broken layouts or missing functionality
Plugin conflicts after major WordPress releases
Regular maintenance greatly reduces these risks.
No surprise updates in the middle of the day
No “set it and forget it” automation without oversight
No technical jargon or confusing error messages
If something requires attention, you’ll hear from us in plain language. No technical jargon, just plain talk about your website.
Once a month, on your scheduled service day, we carefully go through your entire website and:
Think of this as a full monthly tune-up and safety inspection for your website.
Between your scheduled updates, your site is quietly watched in the background:
You don’t have to notice problems – we’re notified first.
When WordPress itself releases new updates, we:
So your site stays fast, secure, and compatible – without you worrying about it.
Each plan includes a set amount of hands-on help time that you can use for things like:
